Classic Capital, Inc is a direct business lender providing financing solutions including working capital loans, equipment financing, and revenue-based financing. All funding decisions are made at our sole discretion based on our underwriting criteria.

If your application is approved, you will receive a formal loan agreement outlining the specific terms of your financing, including:

- Default and remedies
The loan agreement will supersede these general Terms with respect to the specific funding arrangement.
6. SMS Terms & Conditions
If you opt in to receive SMS or text messages from Classic Capital, Inc, the following terms apply:
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional SMS/MMS messages from Classic Capital, Inc, including offers, updates, and information about our financial products and services, sent using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS).
Message Frequency & Charges
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier's plan. We are not responsible for charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
